Chef Maaren
Over 15 years ago, Chef Maaren Spears created a spectacular pizza dough recipe.
From that recipe, we grew A Wandering Fire - our artisan wood-fired pizza catering company. Since then, we have been privileged to work with hundreds of people who enjoy the food and service that we provide. Through those experiences, we have connected with Pizza People and discovered a need within the pizza community: quality artisan Pizza dough made for high temperature ovens.
That’s where DōCō comes in. With a DōCō kit in your freezer, your pizza crust worries are over!
